RN Nurse Manager

Full-time RN Manager Position is available. The successful candidate will be responsible for one 44-Bed Units; must have a minimum of 3+ years of general nursing experience and 2+ years of long-term care management experience. Candidate must be willing to work the on-call rotation schedule. Successful candidate must have experience in dealing with Dementia Residents. Also prefer that candidate has Med/Surg background.
Qualifications:
Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with long-term care experience.


RN / LPN Staff Development Assistant

Full-time position is available for Monday through Friday on Day Shift. The successful candidate will also be in the on-call rotation to work as a floor nurse and/or supervisor. The candidate must have 1+ years of long term care experience.
Qualifications:
Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse or Licensed South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse


Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-time positions are available for 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m – 7:00 a.m. shifts and part-time positions are available for all shifts.
Qualifications:
Licensed South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse with long-term care experience.


Transportation Aide/ Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)

Full-Time position is available for Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will work every other weekend. When employee is scheduled to work the weekend, you will have a day off during the week. The employee will perform C.N.A duties when not transporting residents to appointments.
Qualifications:
South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant with long-term care experience.


RN Supervisor – 2nd Shift Position

Part-Time positions are available for the 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. shift working every other weekend. The successful candidate must have a strong clinical background. Individual must be capable of making independent decisions concerning nursing care.
Qualifications:
Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse with long-term care experience.


RN Supervisor – Weekend Shift Position

Part-Time positions are available for 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. shifts Saturday and Sunday. The successful candidate will also have the option when available to work Friday 11:00 p.m. – 7:00a.m. Candidate must have a strong clinical background. Individual must be capable of making independent decisions concerning nursing care.
Qualifications:
Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse with long-term care experience.


Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)

Full-time and Part-Time positions are ALL shifts.
Qualifications:
South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant with long-term care experience.


Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (12 Hour Shifts)

Full-Time positions are available for 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. shifts. Successful candidate will work scheduled shifts during the week days and every other weekend. Successful candidate will also be eligible for the company’s benefits (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance).

Registered Nurse

Full-time positions are available for 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m – 7:00 a.m. shifts and part-time positions are available for all shifts.

RN Resident Assessment Coordinator

We are looking for an RN to assist in the MDI office. Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available during the week Monday through Friday. Must have experience as 3.0 Resident Assessment Coordinator. Successful candidate may be asked to fill in “full-time” when an MDI Nurse is out for an extended period of time.

RN / LPN Restorative Nurse

A Full-Time position is available for Monday through Friday on Day Shift. The primary purpose of your job position is to coordinate, implement, and manage the facility’s restorative nursing program and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the restorative aides.
Qualifications:
Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with long-term care experience.


Medical Office Technician

Full-Time position is available Monday through Frida for 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The successful candidate will enter lab testing results. Candidate must be a phlebotomist.
Qualifications:
Must be a Phlebotomist; High School Diploma or Equivalent; Long-Term Care experience preferred.


Director of Resident Assessment

A full-time position is available for Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day functions of the team care plan conferences in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility. Participate in the developing, maintaining and updating of our written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day nursing care procedures used by this facility on the resident care plans. Assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents’ total regiment of care. Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary. Ensure that reference material (i.e., PDR’s, Federal and State Regulations, etc.) maintained at the nurses’ stations is current. Recommend written material that will assist the Nursing Services Department in meeting the day-to-day needs of the resident. Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the Nursing Services Department. Periodically review the resident’s written discharge plan. Participate in the updating of the resident’s written discharge plan as required. Assist the Director in planning the nursing services portion of the resident’s discharge plan as necessary. Participate in surveys (inspection) made by authorized government agencies. Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the Director as necessary/required, concerning the operation of the Nursing Services Department. Periodically review the department’s policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc. Make recommendations for revisions. Meet with the nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the department’s services, programs and activities. Interpret the department’s policies and procedures to personnel, residents, visitors and government agencies as required. Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a least one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse or an Associate degree or diploma with at least three (3) years experience as a Registered Nurse; Must have RAC Certificate; All licensed nurses shall possess a valid Healthcare Provider cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate within six (6) months of their first day on the job in the facility; CPR classes are provided by LMC Extended Care Staff Development.


Central Supply Clerk

A full-time position is available for Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The successful candidate will need to have basic computer skills. Candidate must have a valid SC Driver’s License and maintain a good driving record.
Qualifications:
Long-Term Care experience preferred and Valid SC Carolina Driver’s License required.


Professional Cook

Full-Time and part-time positions are available. Seeking to hire a skill professional cook to prepare meals according to menu; must be able to follow instructions and have the ability to work in a team. Successful candidate will have knowledge of various cooking methods, and must have the ability to follow sanitation procedures. Candidate will have every other weekend off.
Qualifications:
Good Communication Skills, Three (3yrs) minimum experience. Institutional cooking preferred


Food Service Assistant

Full-time positions are available for rotating eight hour shift to cover departmental needs with rotating weekends; Will perform a variety of related food services functions in the Dietary department. Experience preferred.


Transportation Driver / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)

Full-Time position is available for Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. The successful candidate will work every other weekend. When employee is scheduled to work the weekend, you will have a day off during the week. The employee will perform C.N.A duties when not transporting residents to appointments. Maintenance Assistant

Full-Time position is available for 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. shift. Basic Function: Performs a variety of skilled tasks that include but is not limited to the construction and maintenance of the facilities and equipment. Primary emphasis will be in the mechanical/electrical/plumbing & carpentry fields.
Qualifications:
  Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent, college degree preferred; Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years of experience in maintenance/
construction field, hospital or nursing home experience preferred; Required Certification/Licensure:  SC driver's license and acceptable driving history; Required Training:  Must be able to read technical service manuals and blueprints with at least a basic comprehension; Working knowledge of DHEC Regulations, FGI Guidelines, OSHA, ADA, and NFPA Life Safety Code Preferred.


Laundry

Full-time positions are available for 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. shift; some weekend work required. Commercial laundry equipment; Must have valid driver’s license. Have good customer service skills, take messages, record information to relay to other shifts, and follow instructions. Must be able to push / lift a minimum of 50lbs.


Floor Tech

Full-time positions are available for 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. shifts. Some weekend work required; Heavy floor maintenance; must have experience with floor care equipment, stripping, waxing, andbuffing floors and be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.


Housekeepers

Full-time positions are available for 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m shift; Must have Housekeeping experience in a Healthcare Setting; Some weekend work required.
